i cannot express how happy i am with the work of the professionals at Artbag. After hearing great things about Artbag (and its owner Chris) from members of The Purse Forum, I decided to send them a vintage Balenciaga City bag for an evaluation. It was a great experience every step of the way. Chris emailed me once the bag arrived in the shop and followed up with a phone call. He suggested either a partial or a full binding replacement. I decided to go with a full binding replacement. A few weeks later the bag arrived and I couldn't be happier. The new binding is just perfect with a color match that is spot on. My husband purchased a Louis Vuitton bag on a cruise ship second hand that was in pristine condition. After using for several months the inside lining ripped. I contacted a local LV store in NY and they wanted a ridiculous amount to repair. I was given a business card from a high end shoe repair shop who could “patch” it but highly recommended I reach out to Artbag in FL. I am very glad I did. They did an amazing job replacing the lining at less than half the cost I was quoted by LV. I was super disappointed that such a high end bag would tear but super grateful I found the right place for a repair. Thanks for a job well done! Five stars from me!
